I’ve been coming to Poolwerx in Cedar Park for about 9 years now. I always get my pool chemicals here and have used their service department a few times too—they’ve always done a great job. Justin, the store manager, is super helpful and just a good guy all around. He knows his stuff and is always happy to chat—especially about his dogs. Highly recommend this spot if you’ve got a pool and want people who actually care and know what they’re doing.

We had a minor issue with some equipment and Dave returned my phone call promptly and with professionalism. We had the situation handled above and beyond expectations. I’m extremely happy with the attention and sincerity to customer service. Highly recommend as I feel like my pool is being specifically care for. Excellent all around.
Always the best service hands down! I come by once a week to bring a sample of my pool/hot tub water. You just give them the sample and they write down exactly what to do- and in exactly what order. It’s always so easy- I don’t have to think too much! I appreciate it so much.
Pool Werx Cedar Park is AWESOME! They have excellent customer service and fast professional service! We needed our filter cleaned, called, and were able to schedule for the next day!
