Poolwerx is now in Marri Road, Duncraig as well as Carine Glades shopping Centre, Paul the owner and staff are brilliant on all pool matters and very customer focused. Highly recommend and local.
While I had issues with an original booking for a tech to help with leaking pool equipment and email tone, the response to the issue has been solid with awesome service from Sam who provided the repair..
Something happened to my pool a couple of weeks ago and the water turned green over a couple of days. Paul and his team had the perfect solution and talked me through what to do, step by step. Their advice solved the problem quickly, and I was able to go back a couple of times to get the water rechecked, with new instructions on tweaks to what I was doing. I was so grateful. Paul and his team are amazing. I would highly recommend them.
Paul and Christine are great, friendly and patient and spot on with recommendations. Cost-effective solutions were possible thoroughly recommend these guys, Love Paul’s dry sense of humour..
