Had an issue with the water flow, Poolwerx came over within two hours and quickly fixed the issue. Excellent service, very prompt and as such I am very happy.
Very efficient and friendly service, it’s particularly nice to have a service that turns up on the date and time expected and does exactly what you expect of them. Very happy. All the technicians that have carried out monthly maintenance of my pool over the last 12 months have seemed very knowledgeable and are professional and courteous.

Very unfortunate result from this company.. had a surface problem with our pool , contacted this company as they are professional equipped to handle these problems.. the contractor came chatted about not knowing what our issue was , didn’t even test the pool for further investigation! Left saying they would brainstorm! Received the account, to which I wondered why when nothing was done to rectify our issue.. I would have been happy to pay something towards petrol and time!
