Unfortunately, my experience with this pool cleaning service was disappointing. After each visit, the pool showed only a minor improvement and remained visibly dirty, with sediment still requiring additional treatment. I eventually had to add clarifier and remove the sediment myself. I was also concerned about the chemical charges, which were approximately $150 (+base charge) during almost every visit, despite the overall results not reflecting the cost. Have been using Poolwerx for years now, in our previous house and in our new house. Ryan installed our equipment which to me looks as complicated as a nuclear reactor but then I have an app and I control it all from there. The guys come regularly to service the pool. I don't touch it at all. All I do is swim in it which is what it should be. Thanks for the service guys. Top notch.

First time pool owner I went into the store and spoke to Marty. Marty has gone above and beyond to ensure my pool is ready to get started. I also spoke to Ryan and Hannah whom helped me to get my pool levels balanced and ready for a party. Highly recommend these guys.
