Andrew, Amanda and the team at Poolwerx Birkdale are the best! They just repaired my pool pump and had it installed and running again in under 48 hours. The team are so friendly and don't try to upsell to their customers. They only sell you what chemicals you need. I have dealt with other franchise owners at Poolwerx Birkdale over the years and Andrew and Amanda are by far the best to deal with.
Andrew and the team from Poolwerx Birkdale have been fabulous. Andrew found us a cost effective solution for repairing of our pool lights. He is extremely knowledgeable and full of helpful advice. He has now become our regular pool guy. 😊

Efficient and prompt service.
Had great service from Birkdale Poolwerx even tho I only gave them a couple days notice they were able to fit me in to help clean up algae in my sons pool. Brian the Tech was extremely confident and explained what caused the algae growth to appear, Balanced all the pool water,cleaned out filter box strainers and chloinator + a lot of other things. If you are good old style customer service I would highly recommend these guys
