Big shout to Adrian and the new technician Levi who did an outstanding job putting me & the job instantly at ease with a 'too easy' nothing is too complicated customer care experience. What 2 local plumbers blew out with exaggerated prices just to cut & reconnect less then 20cms sideways, re-location of PVC pipes in very good condition, Levi just got on with the job & the service prices are highly reasonable for families in this cost pressure environment, to stay loyal and return back to Poolwerx. Imagine this is the result of a service when the spa water was perfect on arrival. I engaged this company to maintain my spa so I wouldn’t have to manage it myself. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a costly mistake. Over time, I discovered that my spa (which is a bromine system) had been repeatedly treated with chlorine by their technician.
