I recently had a fantastic experience with Poolwerx Ashgrove that I just had to share. Picture this: it was a Wednesday, and I had a pool party for a group of 10-year-olds scheduled for that Saturday. Unfortunately, our pump failed, and my usual pool service couldn't help in time. I was unable to book pool service without providing my payment card details prior to any service being booked and completed or account invoices being sighted. The assumption that we won’t pay our bills is staggering. To respect and to value your customers good lesson for success. Farewell.
