Stopped into Poolwerx Torquay recently for a quick look and ended up picking up some pool salt and chemicals. Was served by Riley who provided excellent customer service, was friendly, approachable, and happy to answer my many questions without any pressure. It was a really positive experience, and I'll definitely be back for more in the future.
Got a pool pump replaced recently by Poolwerx Torquay at a good price. Greg did a very professional job in quick-smart time. Very satisfied customer.
Amazing to have a reputable pool shop and supply back in Ocean Grove again. Poolwerx identified that my old chlorinator was no longer working and needed to be replaced. As I run my property as an airbnb I needed it fixed asap. They organised and fitted a replacement in days so that it was all ready for the next booking. Now the chlorinator works like a charm and the pool is crystal clear. Very happy customer!
Tim from poolwerxs was great. Went out of his way to come out on a Saturday and have a look at what equipment was required for upgrading and run through everything with us very thoroughly. Highly reccomend 👌
Avoid Poolwerx Geelong Booked for a 9am visit — no one showed. Called at 9:15am and was told “5–30 minutes away.” Waited until 11am with zero contact. Called again, was told I’d get a callback — never happened. By 1pm: still no technician, no update. My calls stopped being answered, but when my partner called, they picked up straight away.
