Initial order took forever to receive. Wrong part sent - hassle to get correct part. I was told new part would ship on 7/13. After checking the tracking it was still sitting in their warehouse as of 7/15. I sent yet another email to prompt them to take the package to USPS. Never, ever again! Part ordered on 6/28 and estimated date of arrival is 7/20. BUYER BEWARE Purchased a gallon of deck sealant through Poolweb's online store. Payment made, payment receipt received, subsequent email received stating that they were shipping and to watch for tracking info, then a subsequent email a day later stating "An item, or items on your order are currently not in stock and had to be ordered in for you directly from the manufacturer."
