I only have one thing to say about Jamie and Pool Web. If I owned a business I would steal Jamie away from Pool Web.
Service was excellent- reprsentative very polite
Poolweb is our go to for anything and everything pool related. They typically have the best pricing and ordering is easy. Would highly recommend them for all of your pool supply needs.
I must say the young lady who helped me was fantastic. Even though I did not have a part number, she was able to help me get what I needed. (Jamie was her name) Professional, courteous and personable. Thank you Jamie!
Make sure you know what you're ordering! We ordered a part that we almost instantly knew was wrong. We ordered on a Sunday and filled out their cancelation form within a couple hour of realizing our mistake. I contacted customer service, if that's what you call it, via email and was told via email Monday AM. "It was to late to cancel it, and it had already entered their shipping process."
