Do not buy from them. They will not warranty products that are defective. They shipped us a broken/defective diving board and then had us contact multiple distributors and manufacturers. After everyone told us poolweb was responsible to warranty this, They informed us that now the warranty had expired.
Yes, so I put a order in a few days ago. The prices were good and the quality looked fantastic. I have to say I am plesently surprised at the speed of delivery and the quality of my parts in the order. Next time I need somethink, ill look here first!!
Items that are "in stock" are actually on backorder. They don't ship next day. They ship never. Customer service responds relatively slowly. For instance, they gave no updates on my order having issues for over a week. They lied about having one item of the two but when I asked just to ship the one item, they just cancelled my order. Shop elsewhere. Scam site in my opinion.
Product they sent does not fit. My cost was roughly $49. Refunded me $28. Money aside, it's principal. Like being robbed
GREAT customer service. good price, kept me informed on my order from time of placement to delivery. will keep ordering from them in the future.
