We Just bought our new house and moved in last week. We called to let them know we just moved in and get a quote to continue their cleaning services. I called to get my system checked and make sure everything was working before summer really hit. I didn’t get a call back for 3 days then was told he was going to come out the next day but didn’t show. The day after he was supposed to show up I got a call in morning saying he could maybe make it out around lunch. When they finally showed up he said I needed to backwash and adjust my jets to create more of a whirlpool effect. He couldn’t do it though cause his back hurt. He then went on to tell me my gauge was broken and need... read more
