Brandon you have to return my call regarding warranty repair that you blew off over summer now. hot tub is down as is the family. Dennis H.
Consistently makes commitments and then routinely fails to fulfill them. Horrible customer service including complete lack of customer communication and follow-up. Excuse after excuse to the point that Ruland constantly trips over multiple lies. Very disreputable and ruining an incredible business built by the grandfather who, if still alive today, would be embarrassed and disappointed at how the business is being run. Clearly a company I would advise any prospective customer to avoid at all cost.
Why does this place have an American flag hanging upside down outside their entrance?!
