Horrible service, first time customer they (tried) installing my loop lock pool cover screwed up entire job didn't install sleeve to secure cover cracked my brand new brick! Owner was super nasty cause he had to redo his screw up. Would not recommend to my worst enemy as u can see in photos not one anchor sleeve was installed leaving only the inch long anchor holding pool cover horrible installation wrong putting anchors in middle of bricks professional knows they go in joint which is strongest place.
