Terrible Pool Company! They seemed like they were annoyed that I bothered them for pool service. When they finally came out to see the pool, they sat in their truck for two hours in my driveway. Fine. Then they said they had to come back. Fine. I didn't need anything special, I don't know if they forgot their pool skimmers or the pool shock or what, there isn't a whole lot of supplies involved in pool cleaning, and it's prettty much the same for everyone's pool. Horrible service, first time customer they (tried) installing my loop lock pool cover screwed up entire job didn't install sleeve to secure cover cracked my brand new brick! Owner was super nasty cause he had to redo his screw up. Would not recommend to my worst enemy as u can see in photos not one anchor sleeve was installed leaving only the inch long anchor holding pool cover horrible installation wrong putting anchors in middle of bricks professional knows they go in joint which is strongest place.
