I cannot praise this company enough. I ordered a part online and had a problem with it. I emailed the company and got a prompt reply; turned out i had ordered the wrong part! I was advised that they would gladly change for the correct part.. Matt then emailed me and said he had a conference in Perth and would bring the correct part with him to swap, if i could meet him. 10/10. I called on a Friday needing a part by Monday for a job. The lads organised it swiftly and I got the part in time. Will be shopping here again.
Bought a new pool pump when mine was beyond repair (20+ years old 2 rebuilds!) Easily the best price around, delivered to the shop in Camp Hill in a week as promised. Great service.
Paul who came and installed the new filter and the pump was excellent to deal with. Went above and beyond to do a great job at a fair price. Explained everything and set the system up . I recommend this company.
