Item not delivered after 4 weeks, pool spot not answering or returning phone calls also not responding to emails. Very frustrating. I am still waiting on a reply.
Excellent and friendly customer service. Drove all the way across Brisbane (from Indooroopilly) to use this store as they had a part in stock no other pool shop had to fix my robot pool vac. Glad I made the trek and will make sure I do again just to support them.
