Very happy with the advice and service last Saturday in the shop, busy day for the shop but they were extremely helpful and advice given including chemicals needed fixed my green pool within two days ; much appreciated
The team at Poolside Water Wizards were extremely helpful in dealing with the less than helpful folks at Maytronics to get my pool cleaner repaired.
Extremely Disappointed with the Service- they were ‘servicing’ the pool every six weeks over the last 12 months, haven’t been happy with the service and raised the issues a number of times with them and gave an opportunity to rectify it, they gave us the undertaking that they would and we allowed them to come back out to clean the pool with the undertaking it will be done (after not showing up for over 8 weeks at one point with no apology or explanation which caused everything to be extremely unbalanced in the pool) We allo... read more

I am sure everyone will agree that it is a little scary when you find new owners of your favourite pool shop. One gets used to and trusts the old ones. Well, I have to say this. I am more than pleased with the service which is as the saying goes, above and beyond the call of duty.
