Hello Poolside customers: I am very sorry I had to leave and that you are not getting the service that you deserve. I miss you guys very much and wish I could help. I have applied for employment at another local swimming pool and spa retailer, hopefully I will be able to assist you again. Robin and Kathy are knowledgeable , but your right, not customer friendly.
Do not use this company. They are rude (josh - president, and Cathy - manager Durham). They have no idea of customer service and also refuse to take back and refund faulty equipment (that they installed!) because I did not have the huge box it came in! Beware!!
Very poor service, rude staff. You wait a very long time to be serviced and pay hundreds of dollars to be treated disrespectfully. I want to spend my hard earned money where good service means something.

Poor Service – I have had an open repair issue for 3 months and the spa is still not repaired. Weeks pass without returning phone calls. Wrong parts get ordered. Service person not qualified. I finally had enough and took my business elsewhere.
