Fantastic service from Adam & the new owners at Poolside. They couldn’t have been more professional & punctual. Many Thanks.
Do not use Poolside. Continuous no shows, they do not answer phone calls & will not return messages left of their voicemail. Agreed for once a month and have not shown up, for several months however strung along the agency and us by stating they will attend then not.
Went in last Monday and purchased something, the guy serving didn't have much product knowledge, was told he would email me a invoice (as I like to keep records), even watch him write the correct email address down. Never received it, disappointing.
Great little shop for all your pool needs. Geoff is very helpful and professional and Darren is very friendly. The staff go out of their way to give you the best service and great value for money. Highly recommend.
