After being served several times by the lady owner to get our mineral pool right she was feeding us the wrong information with our pool sample and purchasing her products not knowing all of this was making our pool levels so high and our pool green and way above there reading.Know going elsewhere we were mortified what we were told on the readings .It has cost me a fortune in false information and know we are in the right hands we will get it back to normal and with a smile.Will never return 😖
These guys are the worst pool installers in the country. I guess a 'not our problem' culture comes from the top, and yeah I've spoken to the boss and she said this exact statement like 3 times. Not on time, fibreglass stress fractures, not following through with anything verbally agreed because it's not in writing and then they deny conversations. I honestly couldn't think of a worse business that I've dealt with. Please avoid these guys, they are incompetent and they really don't care about you or what you want.

Horrible people to deal with. Left me with a filthy pool on handover. See photo of my new pool filter upon handover. Left is the way it was handed over. And this was after i made them come back a second time to clean the pool prior to handover. Go elsewhere!!
