We used Poolside for several years across multiple properties. In the beginning the service was great, especially with Alistair, and we were happy with the support provided. Unfortunately over time we noticed our monthly invoices continued to increase, with more products being added regularly that we didn’t feel were always necessary. The costs became consistently high and kept climbing each month, which was frustrating.
