03/09/25 approx 9.15am Poolside Albion Park van number plate FCV 87W travelling on freeway towards Wollongong. Absolutely aggressive driving, came out of nowhere right up the back of my car with my newborn and toddler on board. Let the guy past in overtaking lane (not that there was anywhere to go because of peak traffic) and he just continued to be right up the back of everyone else driving aggressively. Had a burst sand filter. Alan was brilliant. Serve me right on closing. Alan contacted me first thing the next morning and sent out Peter within 30 minutes. Peter was pleasant and helpful and did a fantastic job removing the old and installing the new sand filter. Will only use Poolside from now on.
Been associated with Alan and Poolside for the best part of 10 years. Excellent service on every occasion from installing new pump, new chlorinator, water-balance, new shoes on pool-cleaner etc. The shop is great to visit and excellent service guaranteed
I recently purchased a house with a pool in the backyard and it did have a few problems with the pool too so I called up and spoke with Kristian who was extremely polite and helpful and arranged for a technician to visit the following day the technician was Pete he was on time polite friendly and extremely helpful my pool is now completely fixed and I couldn’t be happier I’d definitely recommend them for all your pool needs
