An overdue review about the Dimension One hot tub we bought back in June. For my 40th birthday, we got a hot tub, and we love it! Mark was so kind, helpful, and patient with us, every step of the way. We knew next to nothing when we walked in the door, and Mark and his colleagues at Poolside have been incredibly knowledgeable. I am grateful for their willingness to answer any questions and to help us enjoy our new hot tub.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Poolside. From day one our sales guy, Mark, was SO helpful and passionate. We researched Dimension One and were impressed with what we read. I love some of the innovations, like their massaging head/neck rest and their Ozonator. We have been using Poolside now for over 11 years. We bought our home and the pool was already installed. On the first year of opening the pool we were so overwhelmed. After multiple calls to the store with questions, a service rep showed up at our home unexpectedly to help us with all our questions and would take no money for this service. That type of service has continued every summer since then. We will be loyal customers for as long as we have a pool.
Ribfest was another great time at Poolside! Thanks to Cub for the ribs! I learned a few things during the cook off but no one revealed any secrets. In marked bottles, chips in plastic bags. The kids enjoyed Poolside's pool on a warm day. A great raffle! I will be back next year! Rocky
