Raised a query about price matching ph up from a competitor twice and no response, very unprofessional.
I have mixed feelings. Ordering off their website seemed very easy and delivery was prompt. Though, they did not take some empty containers and there has been no explanation as to why even though I have e-mailed and sent a message on Facebook. So that part is dissapointing.
What are load of crap this joint is a freaking joke I parked out the front tried to order online. I was greeted by a lovely forklift driver who showed me where the office was whilst greeted in the office I was snarly turned down and told to shut up because because she was on the phone and apparently they're only sales people yet I have cash and now I'm going somewhere else I'll never be back here you guys are unbelievably crap do not go here Thankyou for the response. Although they delayed delivery, I really have nothing to complain about them... The delivery person in Brisbane was very considerate and placed the items where I wanted them, and they were very heavy... I will continue to buy from this shop in the future. ..Thanks so much!
Ordered 20kg of fine silica sand around 1:00am and 8:30am it was already at my doorstep! Talk about efficiency! Very impressed and would definitely recommend; will be back for more.
