This company provides terrible service week after week. I grew up in FL where we all have a pool and have never seen a company that shows up and leaves a pool in a worse state right after. Not only do you receive a random person every week, but then the communication is so poor that no one talks with each other about the changes that need to be made to their notes. If you own a pool and love surprises, this is the company for you. Their service has more plot twists and bad endings than an M Night Shyamalan movie. My family recently moved into a house with an old pool. We decided to replaster the pool which is VERY expensive. After getting quotes from multiple companies, Poolservice Company had the best price and could get the work done the fastest during the busy season. I tried Poolservice this spring for the opening of my pool and wanted weekly maintenance. I used a different vendor previously and was giving them a try - and to see if I could save money. The result was they were more expensive, and overpriced, for the work they did in comparison to my previous pool company. As a former employee, as a receptionist, I am completely disgusted with this company. When I first was hired, I was warmly welcomed but not even a week later I was already being used and lied to about the position I applied for and was given very little details as to what was expected of me to do on a day to day basis.
