Disappointed that I could not get a refund or credit for a pool pump that was found to be unusable due to different thread fitting, and not being told that it was different. Space constraints prohibit use of adapters to fit. Was offered installation at an unrealistic cost, such installation would have been inefficient and unsightly, hence my request for refund.
