Having built a concrete pool and hot tub previously in Houston, we opted for smaller and less expensive hot tub only) when we moved here. Preston was Sales rep and gave us time at the initial meeting to go through options, thoroughly, we were in a new build and had many queries at the start but Preston came out and reassured us on decisions, process, they have been flexible with our changes too. Pools123 Fort Worth just did an outstanding job installing our pool. They did everything that they said that they would, and there were no surprises along the way. Absolutely no surprises. There was an issue with a piece equipment early on, but the people at pools 123 stood by their product and resolved all the issues as quickly as they could. If you’re looking to install a pool this spring I would definitely recommend pools 123 Fort Worth.
