Pools123 has now changed their name to ******** and changed all emails and phone number to avoid their obligations Would not recommend them because as others customers have stated in reviews they do not stand behind their work. My pool install leaked under my house for over a year and they refused to compensate me for the damage.
Josh from Pools 123, told the. That my light had gone out and it was still under warranty. They had a local ******* Certified technician come out and the technician was not able to get the light out. They told me that I would have to get with the original installers ( Pools 123 ) called and called with no response or call back. Finally got a hold of someone said they were sending a guy out. Pools 123 Houston installed a pool at our house . We are very disappointed in the mess they leave behind. We decided to keep the dirt from the pool and Aaron and Joshua state that the dirt was left and the mess left behind is not apart of landscaping we are asking that it to be piled in one place not scattered all through the yard..
