Mr. Pool believed in honest business. He treated customers fair, and demanded quality in every product and service sold. Mr. Pool past away in 1975. His family stepped up and continued the business. Really, Really Poor Service Purchased replacement windows in 1999. The seal in one of them has gone bad (if its really cold outside and really warm inside, there's condensation). Called about having come by, look at it and discuss a replacement. Guess what folks, NO ONE HAS SHOWED. I've called three time, was told that someone will be by and THEY NEVER SHOW UP. If the owner of the company actually came to my house and said "I'll replace the window for free", I'd decline the offer.
Window & Doors I have used Pool's several times over the last few years. They have re-screened several windows in our homes. The quality, service and price are exceptional. What I like about them is that no job is too big or small. They are a family owned business and they make customer service and satisfaction a priority. I have recently begun working with them to draw up plans to enlarge an existing deck.They came out promptly to draw up the plans and listened carefully to what I wanted.
