I have been chasing an imbalance in my pool for 2 years. Spent probably $4000 at another pool store. Come to find out we were getting bad readings. 1 trip to pools west confirmed this. Very professional, knowledgeable and well staffed. This is the only place I'll go now.
I asked if I went up on the horse power would my pool be cleaner so I went and bought the 3/4 system and it didn’t do what I thought it was going to do . I got the same pressure as the old system so I was pretty upset cause it didn’t do what I was told so now I have to go back again and upgrade again .i just want to get this over with not spend a weekend paying the installers over and over .smh
