We had a great experience working with Pools Unlimited. The owner, Ron, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and knows their craft inside and out. Highly recommend!
I came here and got a quote for an above ground pool. I spoke with Ron and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The quote I got here was higher than another store but I was going to buy the pool from here because of the interaction I had with Ron when I came in. I tried to come back 2 separate times to order the pool and they were closed even though it was during their posted business hours. Unfortunately, I ended up buying a pool from the other place.
Been coming here for years and have always had great service.
