Long time customer. NO LONGER. Called about pool piping was told it doesn't exist but was purchased from them 3 years prior. Called a different local pool company and picked the pipe that doesn't exist in 20 minutes. Also during that call with an owner I was called names. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.
Pools Unlimited is an excellent spot for pool sales, service, and supplies. I’ve worked with them a few times on various pool issues and parts, and they have been nothing short of exceptional. While it's not the largest store, they've had exactly what I needed every single time. Their team is always friendly, highly knowledgeable, and offers very fair pricing. Highly recommended!
