Bait and switch operation, likely fraudulent practices. Started off fine with good equipment, communication, and scheduling. Price was the highest of three bidders for the smallest pool size and they promised to use their own guys and equipment out of Austin. Later claimed they couldn’t do it and used local guys but didn’t adjust price. Deck looked terrible after initial pour, had to work hard to get him to offer a coating to cover poor workmanship.
