Pools Unlimited Ellicott City is worth the visit The staff is great, they are very knowledgeable and are very meticulous in their work. Prices are a little high, but remember you get what you pay for, and in this case they are excellent.
Great Service These guys are great. I have been going there for years and the same staff has been there for a long time. They are very knowledgeable and have always helped me with any question or problems I have had. Great customer service and service department.
Customer Service Not friendly, 8 miles away is not in there territory for pools is what I was told. Also Pricey! Would not recommend. Also called last year and asked a question about a filter issue, first response was did you buy the filter from us I replied I received it online because of the price difference, he then stated why are you calling us for assitance call where you bought it from and hung up.
