I ordered on May 17th, and immediately received an email that they would send tracking info when the pool shipped. June 1st, I called and left a Voice mail and sent an email. The Voice mail was never returned. The email was returned 5 days later and told me my order would take another 6-8 weeks to arrive. I stated that was unacceptable and he gave me a number to call.
