My family and I recently moved to town and had trouble finding a reputable company to install our pool heater. After dealing with several issues with another local pool company we decided to call Pools R Us and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. They were incredibly helpful not only with the heater installation but also with answering all of our questions and concerns as first time pool owners. Amazing knowledge and customer service and we will definitely be using Pools R Us for all of our future pool needs!
Won't put my water through the spin test even though I purchase ALL my chemicals from them. These guys are not knowledgeable. Your better off researching and adjusting your pool Chemistry yourself.
I had a very disappointing experience with Pools R Us in Amherstburg. They closed my pool in September, but by late November, I noticed unusual water drainage from the inflow port to the return jet. Despite calling them in December and leaving messages, I received no response. Another local pool company advised me to keep water off the pool walls due to salt water corrosion, which I did by regularly emptying a bucket. I will never buy here anymore if the old lady is attending because she is always rude to me. She's done this to me every time she's present. The other staff on the other hand are very nice but not her.
