Pools plus is amazing and they do amazing work! My pool is always clean and ready to go swimming! The technician is always super friendly and does great work and takes his time making sure the pool is properly serviced! Thank you David Ceballos and also thank you Hector you did great with our initial pool service setup! I hope you guys see this. Definitely recommend
Several months ago they cleaned my filter without authorization. In the process they over tightened the filter plug cracking it and when the pump came on it blew the cap off and I lost about 18” of water. I have always cleaned my filter twice a yr. They apologized and I reiterated I clean my own filter and would not pay for this “service.” Fast forward to today and the service guy Milo, said he would cancel my service if I didn’t allow them to clean my filter.
