I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s service. They were responsible for maintaining my elderly neighbor’s pool and repeatedly told her everything was fine, when in reality the filter had been broken the entire time. This ongoing issue was never properly addressed, and it ultimately led to a flood at her home. It’s very concerning that a serious problem was either missed or ignored, especially when servicing an elderly customer who relied on their expertise.
