I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s service. They were responsible for maintaining my elderly neighbor’s pool and repeatedly told her everything was fine, when in reality the filter had been broken the entire time. This ongoing issue was never properly addressed, and it ultimately led to a flood at her home. Wouldn't use this company if I had a pool after what I just seen on the road by one of the drivers... No regard for road safety! Blows threw a stop sign on st John's Park way like nothing cause they had to wait for 2 cars... Totally uncalled for!! What if there was children around or people in general!? As someone who drives for a living I respect everything an everyone on the road no matter what the work load holds or good or bad day I still respect the road an the job. Big shout out and thank you to Cody! Just want to say thanks again to you and the team for the repairs on our pool lights and system today. Our pool system is working better than it did when first installed! Outstanding quality of work and a true expert in this field. I would highly recommend Cody and this team to anyone who has a pool in need of servicing, warranty work or repair.
Pools plus has me as a customer till the day I don’t have a pool anymore. They are very good at servicing my pool and keeping my water clean and clear all year around. I’ve never had any issues they come every week and stay on top of the equipment.
