Weird hours for a buisness. Closed when I went there on a Thursday.
The pool was obviously poorly manufactured to begin with, one of the steps cracked, and the bottom of the pool blistered. They came out to do repairs and this is what it ended up looking like. They have been non-responsive, they don’t back their products, and have turned their backs on us. Again, this is what the pool looks like now after their repairs.
Never going back to this store. Every time I walk in, the 2 old ladies behind the counter look at and talk to me like I’m a moron. Today I went in to find an electronic tester to measure the salt PPM in my saltwater pool. They had no clue what I was looking for and tried to sell me test strips that only went to 2000ppm. I told them it wasn’t high enough and they proceeded to tell me it should never be higher than 2000ppm even though my chlorine generator won’t run below 2300ppm.
