Moved in to a house with an in-ground pool and had pools plus open it for me. The 2 guys that came out were very helpful and knowledgeable, teaching me how to maintain the pool myself in the future. It took a few tries to get in contact the service department to schedule them to come out, but once I did get to them they were helpful and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience and did everything they could to get me on the schedule and taken care of quickly

I'm so glad we hired Pools Plus to close and open our pool for it to look like this! They left our year-old chlorinator spewing water in our pool house for us to find after they "finished," refused to come back and take a look at it until the next morning, didn't actually come back until the next afternoon, and didn't actually do anything about it because they claimed it was "too old." We've now found 2 returns that they didn't install properly at open just floating around - we can't find the others because of the algae, of ... read more

Slow, doesn’t have a lot of items in stock. 3 workers were basically arguing in front of a busy lobby of customers, made it a little weird. Seems like they are never open for people who work until 5:30-6:00, then closed Sunday and Monday lol Only place close so gotta deal with it unfortunately
