I would love to utilize this location, it’s so close to where we live. However, the service is awful and I’ll continue to drive across town for my pool needs. This isn’t a one off experience, I’ve given this location a try 3 yrs in a row and every time it’s a disappointment.
My go to for pool chemicals- they are always quick to help me find what I need and get on with my day.
It has been a while since I've handled pool related tasks, and Tristan was super helpful. He taught me what I needed to know and helped me save money. Didn't sell me extra things I didnt need. Will definitely be back!
Tristan helped me out a lot today in the Jenison store. I went into the store to buy liquid chlorine and he educated me on how granular shock would work best for my pool. I truly appreciated his help and the time he took educating me! Thanks so much Tristan.
Tristan was fantastic and helped us with the water enhancer.
