Very displeased with level of customer care I received after the sale. Manufacturing error with access door. A faulty heatrt. A chip in shell. Customer service dept. wants to weasel out of customer service.

I really like my experiences with Pools Plus. I purchased a hot tub from another company, but found their service to be a little lacking. I found Pools Plus and decided to give them a try. I really like the service I received. I brought in some water to be tested and they helped me solve the problem the other guys couldn't and now I go there for all my chemicals and stuffs. Recently we purchased a lake home in the Holland area and were in need of service for our exsisting hot tub and pool. We shopped all the stores and we found the best deals at Pools Plus. The staff was really friendly and the prices on pool chemicals were the cheapest in town and they were really good quality. I recommend checking them out, they were friendly and seem to really care. Even welcomed us into the neighborhood.

On a whim stopped there on the way home from work. Knowledgeable staff actually tested our water, not just dip the strip - then helped to carry the chemicals out to the car! Great people to deal with!
