I'm giving three stars because these are always been nice people and always taken care of my spa, however today I discovered that due to some sort of a software issue They are no longer testing spa water. This leaves me, pardon the expression, high and dry with no way to manage my spa. So a five-star business has become useless to me.
I love this team, all of the girls are so knowledgable and actually care about every single customer as well as their pools! The guys in the field are very professional and it is easy to rule out any pool problem with them:)
We just purchased a house with a pool and needed an opening. We were told that they would call the owners to see if they could do a “partial” opening because we already took the tarp off…never heard from them.
