Avoid the retail store. I've been there twice and was treated rudely both times. She knows what she has in stock but lacks customer service skills. One star is for the rest of the friendly staff.
We've been relying on Sandra and her team at Pools Plus to test our salt water pool water for the past 5+ years, and are very happy with their service and honesty! I had never had any issues getting my water tested here for the past four or five years, however today, not only myself, but my mother-in-law were both treated extremely disrespectfully with disrespectful tone of voice and no patience. completely ruined my day and unfortunately, but I very bad taste in my mouth about this place. I'll be finding a new pool place for sure!
