Super professional and informative! Came out today to see about changing sand in our system, and also checked our water's chemistry. I'm not a pool expert, but she stated my levels were spot on! I was very happy to hear that news. They don't try to push the purchase of unnecessary chemicals! They also let me know that it is mustard algae I'm finding on the bottom of the pool as I thought I was battling green algae. They also recommended which algaecide to purchase. So thankful for an honest pool company!
