I called today and was told the woman I spoke to couldn't help me and she would pass a message along... I've been told this for months with no response... Not only that... I'll tell you most of the time I can't get a live person on the phone. She didn't know any information about scheduling. She was nice but as soon as I mentioned Alec she said they are understaffed and Alec is one of the owner's sons. They have one of the nicest hot tub stores in Huntsville and a great staff. Worth the stop if you are looking.
They were my contractor that built and continue to service my pool. The design was by Lucas Lagoons and was featured on Animal Planet under "Insane Pools: Off The Deep End." They built an incredible pool with many features. Gary and his crew couldn't be better at their job and continue to be a top notch service company.
They're convenient - near me so I can pick up chemicals and some parts. However, some parts are never available. One specific example - tail clamp for Polaris 280. A $3 part (that's worth less than $1) and never in stock or available after multiple requests. Service calls (used 2 or 3 times) not too difficult to schedule & fairly timely but big issue here. Called for a pump repair. Pump was repaired and the charge included a "diagnostic fee" of $95 which I was told was to ensure the problem that was fixed was actually fixed ... read more
