If I could give zero stars I would, I called in and tried to ask for availability for a pool closing and was told they had availability so I went ahead and tried to schedule but they have to have other people call you. Well what good is your business if the pool people you go through don’t ever call anyone? Simply can't get their work done nor will they contact you about the work you're expecting to be done. When I questioned why I was getting the same answer that I had heard for over a month, got mad over it and said he was over it and hung up. Simply put thank goodness it happened found a pool place that was able to work with me and not take my money. They gave me options that Pools Plus didn't because they were trying to get more money.

Very helpful was able to test to my water and tell me exactly what I need to be in my pool they seem to have all chemicals in stock along with pool parts as well
