after spending thousands of dollars to have my pool and waterfall installed, the waterfall, which was made from real boulders and rock, begain to break up. Pools Plus came out and tried to patch it with cement. it looked horrible and didn't fix the problem. The rock waterfall needed to be replace! I could not get them to come out again to fix it or replace it. I am now going to try Skippers pool and spa, they came out in just a few days, took pictures and looked at the problem. Went in to order a METALTRAP Filter. First the lady did not know what I was talking about then she looked me up by phone number and realized that she sold me my last one. She told me they had one in stock at the other location and she could get it there in a day . She then assured me that she would call me when it came in. 9 days later I stopped in and another blank stare when I asked her about why I hadn't gotten a call yet.
