We engaged Brett Thomas (Pools of Noosa) to build our swimming pool and decking in July 2021 to have it ready for summer and I can honestly say that it was a terrible experience that stressed me out and kept me up at night. The project dragged on for 10 months (should of been 3 months) and he refused to tell us when works would be done or give us an updated completion date. We hired Brett Thomas/Pools of Noosa to build our pool and it has been one of the worst experiences. The pool build was contractually meant to take 3 months, but his jobs take much longer. Ours went on for 10 months and he would not provide us with a updated completion date. He was rarely on site and has poor attention to detail. We had to micro-manage him because he made so many mistakes at every step of the way (including putting our pool in the wrong spot).
