The absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. They repaired a busted pipe meaning concrete had to be redone. They hired a sloppy, cheap subcontractor who "forgot" to put in the rebar wiring and bonding after first pour. No bonding could have caused SHOCK/DEATH. After second pour, they used BLACK Stain when the rest of our concrete is grey and also got stain on our pool cover. Any customer would have been frustrated with that type of service and instead of correcting it they stated it was in their best interes... read more
