We hired Pools of Fun to replace the liner and rehab the steps on our ~13YO PoF pool. We got a price and signed an agreement, but wanted to add painting of the coping. The step rehab and coping work were by a sub out of KY (Tab). We apparently have nicer steps with more curves than normal and Tab wanted to add an exorbitant amt ($3k) to add the coping painting and addn'l cost for the already agreed-to step work pricing.
