Randy took almost 9 months to complete our pool and patio after numerous mistakes were made by his installers. Didn't hear from him for literally months. Pool is still sunk in the ground on one side and pavers look terrible. Had to reverse credit card charges to get him to even call me back. Don't even consider using this company.
