Would not recommend pools n stuff to anyone. Horrible customer service and communication. There are other pool companies that can do the exact same thing and give good customer service. After not receiving a call back several times I called to let them know I was taking my business else where. The lady didn't care one bit and basically hung up on me. I spend my money with companies that want and appreciate the business and their customers.
Pure junk! pool liner leaked from the beginning, constantly told them I thought it was a leak, kept telling me it was evaporation. Finally, hired an outside contractor to locate leak, they found four, paid to have pools and stuff replace liner, the new one leaked and wrinkled after one month. They told me I was out of luck. The son convinced me to make the check out to cash so I could get the liner cheaper. No warranty. Beware!
