Pools N More has a customer for life. One of, if not, the best customer service I've experienced. I felt welcome, seen, and heard. They provided a solution for the plumbing issue I was trying to solve. It was not even pool related but they had the part I needed. I do not write reviews and this is the first review I've ever written and most likely will be my last. However, they deserve it and I will be recommending them to friends and family.
Amazing pool store. Everything you'll need and more to keep your pool happy. The guys offer assistance and savings opportunities and are a pleasure to visit. I am a new permanent customer
5 stars isn't enough to explain my experience with Scott's company. For years I have bought supplies from Poolsand More. Two years ago my pool needed to be replaced. Scott acted like it was his pool he was building.Suggesting a hand rail,tile on the steps. He personally oversaw its construction.I LOVE our new pool. It's a 40x17 in our back yard. I was searching for a pool place that would be show patience with me as I now decided to clean my pool myself. I Googled and found Pools and More. When I met Joey I thought he was the owner's son because he showed care for the company and waa able to explain in " pool language" that I could understand. He was very encouraging . John, Chris and Shaq are very friendly and nice to work with. We are new to owning a pool and they have always answered our questions and advise on the amount of salt and acid is needed in the pool. Shaq also has come to our home to show ua all the different buttons and light on the pump. Shaq recently installed a heater for our pool. He was very professional and went over the operations of the heater. We highly recommend Pools N More.
