Abby and her team were amazing. They handled three of our moves flawlessly. One of the moves was from Oakland to Beacon, NY. We have moved often and Abby and her team at Allied Van Lines have been the best. I recomment them highly.
My son and I were very pleased with the packers and movers. They were on time and packed everything very quickly and thoroughly and we received everything in good condition.
They didn't bother to show up for the appointment quote. Made the appointment in February. No call to reschedule, no name who would be giving the quote, the explanation when I called to ask what happened. Our system didn't assign it to anyone. I can not endorse or recommend. I can't believe they are in business with a reservation system that fails this badly. I can't explain how they have such good ratings on Google but on Yelp their ratings are beyond terrible???
We dealt directly with Abby Cade, and the whole process was incredibly well done and efficient. Abby was always available for help. The team troubleshooted issues amazingly well on the fly. We'd moved by ourselves the past few times and this time we decided to get help on the whole process (packing, loading, shipping, unloading); it was so worth it. If we need to move again, I'd happily work with this same team again!
Such an amazing experience!! Service was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done with care and accuracy.
