I left a review several years ago, but wanted to follow up. Jay is currently at our pool 3 years after he installed it originally. He’s helping us to repair missing tiles in the border (normal and expected for a pool). In the 3 years we’ve had this pool, Jay continues to answer questions, help with service calls, open and close our pool. We are very happy with our inground fiberglass pool installed by Pools- HD 2 years ago. Jay Lakes guided us through the entire process from choosing the pool to best fit our needs, helping us to determine a good location in our yard and readily answering any questions we had. Pools- HD continues to close our pool each fall and open it in the spring. We are thankful to Jay and all of the crew at Pools - HD for making our dream of owning a pool come true! It truly was one of the best decisions we have ever made!

Our pool opened this week ☀️starting our 7th year of loving our fiberglass pool. It's easy to care for, and we've had no issues in all these years. Pools-HD installed our beautiful pool, and they come every spring to open it and every fall to close it. They are the best, quickly answering every question we've had. I know that if and when we move, my pool will be what I miss the most.
