I ordered a gorilla pad liner for our above ground pool. It said it would ship in 2-5 days. I called after hearing nothing for a week. The lady on the phone lied and said she was sending it over right now and it would ship in the next day or two. Called back the next week after receiving no confirmation. She said “oops looks like there was a delay. I’ll send it over again and it will go out this week.” Another week goes by with nothing. I called back again and get fed the exact same bs. This company has scammed me out of over $800 I ordered two spa packs back in December of 2024 and canceled the order in early January because they weren’t going to be filled in the timeline needed. I spoke with customer service and the sales department manager multiple times in the last 6 months and they keep saying payment will be returned in 3-5 business days and yet here we are! I would gladly take this review down if someone would contact me and make this right!
My husband and I ordered a pool from this site back in May 2024, and have not received any updates about shipping or processing of the pool in general. We have called the customer support line multiple times and each time we call we get a different answer. "it is still being processed" "It has already shipped" "it hasn't been shipped yet, but I can get it shipped by tomorrow" "you'll get a call when the pool has shipped" always with a promise of a call back. Ordered a winter pool cover Sept 6. Received confirmation of my order. Since then, nothing. I've had to call twice to find out where it's at to which they say "it's being shipped from manufacturer, we'll have to call them". Maybe I have higher standards in todays amazon world, but I expect email notifications or something to advise me what's going on, i shouldn't have to chase them down for it. I'm giving them one more chance to fulfill the order then time to cancel and find someplace else. Price was attractive and what got ... read more
